Building trades members, CASA of Maryland, local elected officials and community allies turned out today for a press conference and rally in support of SMART Local 100 apprentice Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, who was detained by the U.S. government in March — due an “administrative error” — and deported to a notorious Salvadoran prison.
