Baltimore City Council introduced pro worker PLA legislation today “As city leaders we have the ability to change the status quo by extending career opportunities to historically underserved communities” state Council women Sneed. “Workers deserve fair wages and a future in there work....Structural change is needed to get rid of the inequality that has existed in Baltimore” stated Council President Scott.
